Returns Policy
In-store purchase returns may vary, see store for details. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Please verify that all items are in the original packaging before returning. Any items returned broken, missing pieces or without original packaging will not be credited.
For your protection, we recommend returning your items via Canada Post, insured with delivery confirmation. Party Stuff will not be responsible for loss or theft of returned orders.
Once received, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your credit to be processed. All refunds will be according to the original method of payment.
