Let us know which birthday your celebrating in the customization box! Choose 2 numbers and specify if you'd like them to be Gold, Rose Gold or Silver. Select three colors for the base (name them, we've got them!). Select a theme for the helum-filled balloons. The base of this arrangement stands approximately 27" tall and the helium balloons can be table-height (short ribbon) or floor-height (longer ribbon). The product will be placed in a convenient balloon transport bag. This item is available for in-store pickup. If you wish to have it delivered (within Winnipeg), please select the shipping method "Estimated Balloon Delivery" when you check out your cart.

Returns Policy
In-store purchase returns may vary, see store for details. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Please verify that all items are in the original packaging before returning. Any items returned broken, missing pieces or without original packaging will not be credited.
For your protection, we recommend returning your items via Canada Post, insured with delivery confirmation. Party Stuff will not be responsible for loss or theft of returned orders.
Once received, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your credit to be processed. All refunds will be according to the original method of payment.

We will cover the return shipping charges in the following situations:
- You have received an incorrect item that differs from your order. Claims must be made and product returned within seven days of you receiving your order.
- Manufacturers defect. We will replace the item and pay the return shipping. Claims must be made and product returned within seven days of you receiving your order.
